The fitness industry is changing. More and more people are using the internet to get fitness programs. It's very common now to see people in the gym with their phone or tablets and following online exercises.
Often these programs are cheaper compared to a personal trainer. But is it worth the money?Wouldn't it be wiser to hire a personal trainer instead? In this article we are looking at the Pros and Cons of Online Fitness Programs vs Personal Training. ![]() Autism or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) often appears in early childhood between the ages of two and three. ASDs are any developmental disabilities that have been caused by a brain abnormality. A person with ASD typically has the following characteristics:
Autism has a strong genetic component, which could be a reason for the higher vulnerability of the brain for toxic overload through environmental factors. It seems as though a variety of factors, as well as a preexisting genetic disposition, causes these brain disorders. It also seems likely that ASD children have difficulty with brain lateralization, a balanced interaction between left and right brain hemispheres. Effective interaction between the two hemispheres is necessary to make rational decisions and express appropriate feelings and emotions. Bioresonance and ASD Bioresonance is a regulative form of therapy that helps reduce imbalances and helps the body to recover. It can also be used to help identify and prevent problems before they advance. In the case of ASD, Bioresonance is used to eliminate negative frequencies caused by various substances. It also harmonises and optimises brain function through the use of electromagnetic waves. While Bioresonance cannot reverse damage to the brain’s structure, it can do much to maximise brain function and help the body to detox and metabolise more effectively. Meet George
George is a five-year-old boy who was diagnosed with ASD. When he first came in for Bioresonance treatment, his typical behaviour was to scream and move around non stop. His main tool of communication was laughing and crying and in the beginning it was very difficult to make him sit or lie in one spot for even a short time. Bioresonance programmes run for two to ten minutes and required him to sit or lie on the modulation mat. George’s attention span was about ten seconds, then he would jump off the table and start running around. The only way to keep him quiet and stay in one place was to give him food. In the first session we tried to find out what was disturbing his body. Several foods such as wheat, gluten, different kinds of sugars, heavy metals and medicines came up. Compared to other children in the same age group he showed significantly more stressful frequencies caused by metals and foods. After the assessment we established a treatment plan with Bioresonance and a recommendation for changing his diet. With the Bioresonance machine we started clearing the harmful frequencies and tried to improve his metabolism and brain laterality. For his nutrition, we tried to get him off processed foods and sugar. Now, after about ten sessions, he is able to sit or lie for longer periods of time in one spot without being constantly distracted. According to his teachers, he can focus better and follow simple instructions in school. He is also now able to go to the toilet by himself, which he couldn’t do in the beginning. Conclusion Bioresonance cannot reverse ASD but it might help ease certain stressful behaviours and improve and balance brain activities, so the person with ASD, as well as the family and caretakers, can feel more at ease.
