Unlike common therapies and coaching methods, health coaching is not about telling you what you have to do or what’s right or wrong. It’s about you and your own ability to tap into your own healing powers to help you reach your health goals.
The most powerful source for getting healthy is your self. Unfortunately, due to our stressful lifestyle we are often not aware of how to access these healing powers and just rely on medicines for quick reliefs. The cause of the problem is not solved, sooner or later the problem will come up again.
At Swiss Health Coaching we use a holistic, whole body approach to help you. With a background in traditional chinese medicine, personal training, manual therapy and various relaxation and meditation techniques we have wide range of tools and techniques to help you reach your goals.
