NST (Neurostructural Integration Technique) is a spinal integration-technique which was developed by Dr. Michael Nixon-Livy from Australia. NST contains soft and gentle techniques and results in fast and effective pain relief combined with increased energy levels and better health.
The typical reaction to NST is a deep relaxation, followed by a spontaneous autoregulation and recalibration of the muscles, the nervous system, visceral and endocrine system.
This autoregulation process can last up to 5 days. Thereafter, another NST session is applied.
Though NST can be applied for any health conditon and age-group, it is said to work particularly well to solve structural problems, such as back-, neck- and shoulder-pains, wrist-, knee- and ankle-problems as well as after accident- and sports-injuries.
NST can be compared best to a soft-tissue osteopathy or -chiropractics. But NST also assists the psychological and nutritional needs of the individual.
