At Swiss Health Coaching it is our priority to avoid injuries as much as possible. We do this by choosing exercises which helps you to strengthen your joints, bones, ligaments and muscles. Because everybody can get hurt, but how often can you recover from it, especially when you get older? We provide our lessons at your desired location. Be it in your home, in your residence gym, or in a local park. Swiss Health Coaching will provide the necessary equipment to create an effective and interesting training.
