Qigong or Chi Kung is a traditional chinese art to cultivate body, mind and spirit through various exercises.
The exercises contains meditation (standing, sitting), movements and breathing. Especially in a stressful environment like Hong Kong it’s very important to balance the hectic lifestyle we have.
